How do I start using SawaCRM?

Simply start your 7-day free trial. At the end of your trial, select the plan most suitable to your requirements and enter your payment information.

What type of support will I receive and what hours are the support team available?

You will receive access to our Knowledge Base which contains a wealth of information about our features. If by chance you don’t find what you are looking for, simply send an email to our support team for a quick response. You can reach out to our awesome support team using the little blue chat button on the bottom right-hand side of your SawaCRM screen during the following times (AEST): Monday to Friday 8 am - 8 pm Saturday 9 am - 6 pm Sunday 9 am - 4 pm

Can I request training for my team?

You can access all training material – Knowledge Base and videos through our help section. This is accessible directly through your account. We also have a YouTube channel where you can watch the latest webinars we've recorded.

How secure is SawaCRM with data safety and backups?

Very secure! The SawaCRM desktop & mobile app are hosted in an enterprise-grade hosting facility in Australia with AWS (Amazon Web Services) hosting. AWS is used by the biggest tech companies such as Netflix, Facebook, Airbnb and BBC so you are in safe hands. And backups are completed on a daily basis.

What happens when I get more staff or someone leaves?

SawaCRM makes growing your team, or downsizing really easy. Simply go to your subscription page and increase/decrease the number of staff licenses accordingly. If a staff member leaves you can simply archive this person and replace them with your new staff member. If by chance you aren’t planning to replace this staff member, you can also choose to adjust your subscription accordingly which will provide pro-rata credit for your next billing period.

What happens when one of my staff leaves?

How will I be billed for SawaCRM's software and app?

Once your free trial ends, you will need to set up an account with SawaCRM and add your credit card details to the payment system. The card will automatically be debited monthly/yearly based on your subscription term.

Is there a cost for sending emails or SMS messages?

Emails are free of charge and SMS are charged at $0.10 per sms. SMS are charged at the end of your billing month.

Do admin users/managers get charged and is everyone on the same subscription across the account?

Yes, admin users / managers are counted in the number of staff licenses and the subscription cost applies to the whole account so whichever plan you chose, everyone is on that plan.

Is there a minimum cost to use SawaCRM?

Yes, we charge for a minimum of at least 5 staff (also called licenses).

Do you charge GST?

Yes, all prices are subject to GST being added.

What is your refund policy?

We have no refund policy. However, cancel anytime and you won't be charged again, but you are responsible for all charges incurred for the current billing period (monthly or annual). If you have incurred any SMS charges, they will be settled on the day you cancel your account.
